| Flying Training Area RSAC has provided equipment and all the facilities for every member. It is located in Donmuang International Airport for your comfort of journey and close to the atmosphere of flying. For the flying training area, we have provided the landing field for your flying training close to Donmuang International Airport that gives the real flying atmosphere and aiming to make the flying training session as enjoyable and knowledgeable as possible. The mail landing field is in Ayuthaya, the compact and challenging land field surrounded by the atmosphere of Thai ancient city. It is suitable for the new training pilot. We also have a lot of air fields for your flying training session. Utapao Airport The large international airport surrounde by the natural atmosphere of the sea and provided with all the navigation equipments, one of the challenging session for the new training pilot. Prachinburi Airport The medium-sized airport enclosed by the volley of jungle. Hua Hin Airport The international airport located near by Bangkok. Flying above the sea level and the coasts is one of the challenging sessions. Pattaya Airport The airport for the expert pilot to fly and test the aviation skills. The small airport that consists of all the facilities and the great view of the coasts and crowded city. Nakonratchasima Airport The large airport that provide all the hi-tech navigation systems and equipments for the trainees. The great forest and green valleys in Saraburi province are ones that you should touch and feel. There are many more airports for the flying training course waiting for you.  Applicant Qualification Top - No sex restriction. - Have succeeded at least in senior high school according to the cirricula drafted - Healthy and strong, concluded by the doctors from the Royal Thai Air Force Directorate of medicine. (500B for an application form) Application Instruction Top - Pay 500 Bath for a selection test. Testing and qualification - Psycho and body check up will be done at the Royal Thai Air Force Directorate of Medicine. Every applicant will have to pay 2,500 Bath for individual check up. The test result notification The result will be informed after the selection test, psycho and body check up Learning Course According to ICAO Training Syllabus (PPL) and air flying training session for at least 40 hours. Pilot License Top 1. Private Pilot License (PPL) The license holder can do flying with a private airplane but is not allowed to fly airplanes with passengers or for passenger transmission. The technique session classes are about 88 periods and 44 periods for the air flying training session. The license holder will have to be qualified by the Air Transportation Organization that is certified by The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) 2. Commercial Pilot License (CPL) The license holder can do flying airplanes with passengers as a co-pilot. Before being allowed to hold the commercial pilot license, the pilot will need to have the private pilot license and do more in air flying training session for 200 periods. While taking courses in air flying training session, the pilot will have to learn more technique session. The CPL holder must be certified by ICAO and the holder can use this CPL to apply for any airways in the world. 3. Air Transport Pilot License (ATP) ใบอนุญาตนักบินพาณิชย์เอก The holder of the highest level in pilot license must have real high experience in aviation (At least 1,500 hours) And the type of aircrafts are also added in qualification instructions. The holders of this ATP license are the captains of the main airways around the world. The holders cannot do training to have the qualifying aviation hours, but the pilot have to do more hours in flying as a co-pilot to have qualifying aviation hours. License Holding Order Top 1. Have succeeded in Private Pilot License (PPL) and ask for the permission of holding Private Pilot License from the Air Transportation Organization. 2. Rank promotion for license holder by having a 40-period IFR flying training sessions and ask for the Instrument Rating (IR) given by the Air Transportation Organization for Instrument Meteorological Condition (IMC) 3. The pilot need to do air flying training session for 20 periods (hours) for a rank promotion in a multi-engine. The Multi-Engine Land will be recorded in the pilot’s license by the Air Transportation Organization. 4. The pilot is able to ask for a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) when the total aviation hours are higher than 200 hours. 5. The pilot is able to ask for an Airline Transportation License (ATPL) when the total aviation hours are higher than 1,500 hours. The permission is due to the Air Transportation Organization’s consideration and types of aircraft. 6. The pilot is able to ask for a Flight Instructor Pilot License (IP) according to The Air Transportation Organization’s specified regulation and qualification. Student Pilot Application Procedure Top - Hand in all the belongings to the aviation school at the application point. - Student pilot has to pay for three installments Installment 1: Pay after the psycho check up at the Royal Thai Air Force Directorate of medicine. Installment 2: After succeed in Ground School course within 7 days. Installment 3: After a 25 hour flying training sessions within 7 days Note: Payment procedures 1. Pay in cash 2. Pay via credit card 3. Pay via Finance 4. Cheque payment - Must be a legal payment according to the forced aviation convention. - The student pilot must be concluded in qualification by the Royal Thai Air Force Directorate of Medicine and is certified by the International Civil Aviation Organization. |
